Summer season calls for refreshing summer cocktails. A classic favorite from the bar, celebrating our traditional Japanese roots is our Ultimat Saketini. Our mixologists created a fan favorite made of Ultimat Vodka, junmai sake, plum wine and fresh cucumber. A cool and refreshing bar favorite, this cocktail is the perfect complement to any specialty sushi roll on the menu.
