Maine Lobster, also know as American Lobster is a species of lobster found on the Atlantic coast of North America. With a standard length of 64 centimeters long and at times weighing in at up to 44 pounds, the Maine Lobster is one of the heaviest crustacean in the world! Usually blue and green in color, with bright red spines – we are excited to b highlighting Maine Lobster in our popular seasonal dish.
